Select Sands Announces Appointment of New CFO

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – Feb. 18, 2015 – Select Sands Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SNS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Darren Urquhart as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. Mr. Urquhart is a Chartered Accountant (C.A.) and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia since 2001. He also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada. Mr. Urquhart will be replacing Larry Johnson as CFO. The Company thanks Mr. Johnson for his services.

Cameron Bartsch, M.Sc., P.Geo., of Tetra Tech EBA, a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed the scientific and technical information disclosed in this News Release.

Select Sands is a Vancouver-based resource growth and development company. The Company has entered into a binding letter of agreement for an option to acquire a 100% undivided right, title, and interest in an approximately 520-acre prospective Tier 1 frac sand property (“Sandtown”) located in northeast Arkansas, USA.
